I have been adding Vita collagen powder to my coffee for years. I do feel like my nails and hair have grown quicker with this. I’m that makes me think that it’s doing something for my joints. Is this correct or am I just wasting money?
Collagen for me is a tough one. It really depends on the product quality and absorption rate. I feel that you can get the same results if you incorporate a more whole food based collagen rich foods like bone broth and animal protein.

80% of the time I make my own and freeze to have on hand to use for soups and drink. In a pinch I will use store bought broth.
