I am so sorry to say that coffee creamer is just a slurry of oils, corn syrup and artificial flavour and other food additives. A much better option is organic cream or coconut milk.

This is great information, thank you! What do you make of “high oleic sunflower oil”? Seems like highly processed seed oil to me, but companies sure like to tout it as a healthy option. I would like your take!

Good question high oleic sunflower oils are still vegetable (seed) oils so we do need to look more closely at the claims. This oil is made without hydrogenation therefore is void of trans fats (trans fats were in foods to help increase shelf life), which is a bad word in the ultra processed food industry. So the food scientists developed high oleic oils that can still maintain shelf life of food with out trans fat. This is an oil that is very stable, has a higher heat point although I would recommend not using it for cooking. So long story short..Yes still a highly processed seed oil IMO

TSP?! I washed my walls with it before painting. That can’t be good for you. We stopped all cereal years ago. Nothing good about it. Thanks for the tip.

I am such a food label reader too! Too many ingredients with hard to pronounce names or sugar and it goes back on the shelf.
