Of the healthy behaviours you listed, I was surprised by two: getting enough sunlight and the effects of a massage. Those are great things to do for yourself in so many ways!

We all feel better when we get out in the sun and get that vitamin D. So that one makes sense . The massage was new information for me too. Massages help us relax which lowers cortisol which in turn balances dopamine levels. All these hormones and neurotransmitters work together and so important to one another.
