Great article, I learned a lot of new stuff here! But how about health in general? Are there any negative aspects? Heard that some supplements are not good for your liver that's the main reason why I stay away from it.
I am glad you learned something new. That’s is my goal for my Substack. Educate. I am not for all supplement support but there are many out there that can help our health. You just really have to research and know what you are taking especially in regards to quality. There are lots of junk supplements that are full of additives, where yes, your liver has to filter that. But there are many clean companies as well. If there is something that you are interested in, let me know and I can maybe provide some information or companies that I have researched.
It would be interesting to know which companies do a good job with supplements. The only thing I would really be interested in would be omega 3 and creatine, if you have any information.
Yes. Of course. I really like and have researched the company KION. They have both products you are looking for. My husband uses the creatine and has no complaints. They have omegas but we don’t use them as we eat mainly animal based carnivore so we get our fats that way. But I am sure they take the same policies on that product as their others. We also take their amino acids. We are big on building/maintaining protein since we are at that age, you know, over 50 😆
