Today is the day. The first day in the 28 day health reset challenge.
It is also Canada Day for all my fellow Canadians..Happy Canada Day!
In amongst all the summer celebrations we can still make health a priority and it is small changes that can create a healthier life. For the next 28 days, I will provide you with some tips, and challenges to reset your health.
There will be:
Weekly Themes: Each week focuses on a pillar of foundational health.
Daily Mini-Challenges: One action, tip, or reflection per day—manageable and meaningful. (keep track of your completion of action items as there maybe a surprise at the end of the 28 days)
Optional Add-Ons: Gentle movement, journaling, or recipes.
This isn’t a detox or a fad. It’s a return to what nourishes you—real food, steady rhythms, and sustainable habits
