When starting this newsletter a year ago, I never really thought it through fully. I was just looking for an outlet to share my knowledge and passion for nutrition and healthy living. I really knew nothing about Substack and the platform in general but figured I would learn as I go.

This weekend I was so excited to see that I made my first 100 subscriber milestone!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
