Hello Friends and welcome to my Substack. You may already know me as 1/2 of the blogging team on Mojo and Moxie (https://mojoandmoxie.ca/), where we created a community and provided content on all things for the midlife woman. But I have now decided to branch off and do something new but old at the same time.
1. Why this, why now
Well, we never really know where our life’s journeys take us and definitely some things have changed but I have a background in holistic nutrition of which was touched on in some content on the previous blog but right now for some reason, the universe is telling me I should get back into it more full time. And I do really enjoy writing and sharing my knowledge to help people take care of their own health.
2. My Community
So I figured I would start a blog on a different platform - Substack and bring together people who are inquiring minds and want to learn more on healthy living and getting back to the basics. This Substack is going to be helpful in weeding out the noise and allowing you to make decisions on your health. So if this something that might interest you, please subscribe. There will not be a lot of ‘spam”. I aim to do a couple posts a month.

Do you have a nagging question about some new nutrition fad you just read about? Drop me a comment and I will research it. Ask me any question and I will do my best to provide with the most information I can find, with maybe my own take on it.
