Yes, I had a lot of question too. Eating strictly meat, eggs, dairy went against everything I had been taught in nutrition school and everything that we hear from most health coaches.
Where was the fiber? Where would I get my most important nutrients from? Will all that red meat cause me to get gout? And what about cholesterol? Just to name a few.
