My husband and I took on the 30 day World Carnivore Challenge in January. There are some different variations of carnivore. The Lion diet, The Strict Carnivore, Animal Based Carnivore and the Keto Carnivore. Or whatever version that might work for your lifestyle but the key here is that meat is the center and the main food on your plate. We chose Animal Based Carnivore.

Recently, I posted a Note on Substack that mentioned I was still eating 85% animal based carnivore and I got a few questions on what exactly is an 85% animal based carnivore diet?
There is definitely a lot of curiosity to eating this way. I don’t like to call it a diet because to me that word has negative connotations. It is a lifestyle that works for you. So…When a friend put a little bug in my ear about coaching people on the lifestyle, I thought Hey, why not.
